Who my coaching is for

About Me

My name is Melanie and I’m a trauma-informed ADHD coach.

My personal and professional journey led me to create Untangled Minds — a space of support for women, children, and families navigating ADHD, often without having known it for years.

I’ve experienced firsthand how a late diagnosis can turn your world upside down: the relief, the anger, the “What if I’d known sooner…”. I’ve also seen amazing children struggle in systems that don’t understand how their minds work.

Through my coaching, I help you:

  • break free from cycles of shame and burnout
  • understand how your brain works
  • find concrete strategies that honor your needs
  • rebuild self-trust and strengthen family bonds

Here, there’s no such thing as “too sensitive,” “too disorganized,” or “too intense.”

Only complex, brilliant minds — worthy of being understood.
